Mission
The Breyer Foundation, Inc. aims to provide relief for the poor, distressed and underserved groups through advancement and effective implementation of education, science, health care and economic development; elimination of prejudice and discrimination through defense of human and civil rights; lessening the burden of the government through activities that eliminates community deterioration and juvenile delinquency in the U.S. through coordinated leadership, strategic planning, implementation and advocacy.
