BreyerFoundation Purpose 

Breyer Foundation's major purpose is  to organize  a coalition of public, private,  institutions of education and higher learning and voluntary organizations and individuals formed to provide relief for the poor, distressed, underserved groups and the global communities through advancement, excellence  and effective implementation and leadership in education, science, healthcare, theological and economic development; elimination of prejudice and discrimination through defense of human and civil rights; lessening the burden of the government through activities that eliminates community deterioration, ignorance and misconceptions,  and injustices in the U.S.  and around the world through coordinated leadership and collaboration, strategic planning, implementation, funding, research and educational models and criteria,   and advocacy. 

The Breyer Foundation has successfully presented  and advocated several reforms through local communities, state, national and global disucussions, participations, research and educational activites and support, and advocacies.
